Starting January 2026, we’re excited to announce two major updates designed to improve your support experience:
  1. Wiiisely, our AI-powered support assistant, is now available on the portal.
  2. A refreshed portal layout for simpler navigation and faster access to resources.

✅ What’s New?

1. Meet Wiiisely – Your AI Support Companion

  1. 24/7 Availability: Wiiisely is always ready to assist you directly on the portal.
  2. Instant Answers: Get quick responses to common questions and troubleshooting steps.
  3. Smart Handoff: If your issue requires deeper investigation, Wiiisely will offer to create a support ticket and pass all relevant details to our support team.
  4. Email Integration: Wiiisely also responds to messages sent to support@wiiisdom.com.
Important: All tickets created by Wiiisely remain accessible from the User Menu → My Tickets.

2. Portal Redesign for a Better Experience

We’ve simplified navigation and reorganized key sections:

Unified Access Page

 A single main page now provides direct access to:
    1. Downloads (latest versions of Wiiisdom products)
    2. Release Notes (updates, bug fixes, new features)
    3. Documentations (user guides, configuration instructions, best practices)
    4. Knowledge Bases (self-service articles for troubleshooting and optimization)
    5. Wiiisely (AI assistant integrated on this page for instant help)
User Menu Consolidation

Sections requiring authentication are now grouped under your User Menu (top-right corner):
    1. My Tickets (formerly “Help Desk” in the header)
    2. My Uploads (share logs and configuration files)
    3. Team Management (admin only)
    4. Licenses (admin only)

3. Product Naming Update

360Suite with 360Eyes (for SAP BusinessObjects) is now renamed to: 360Suite (for SAP BusinessObjects)
(Note: 360Eyes remains a key module within the 360Suite web application.)

  2. Faster support: Wiiisely provides instant answers and smooth escalation to human support when needed.
  3. Clear structure: Authenticated sections are grouped logically under the User Menu.
