🆔 Wiiisdom ID Log In and Password Reset

Your Wiiisdom ID gives you access to all features and resources available on the Wiiisdom Customer Center, including documentation, downloads, and support tickets.

🔐 How to Log In

To access the Wiiisdom Customer Center, you must log in using your Wiiisdom ID.

  1. Go to the Customer Center Main Page. [Customer Center Main Page link]
  2. Click on Log in.
  3. Enter your email address and password associated with your Wiiisdom ID.
  4. Click Continue to access the platform.







If your account already exists and your credentials are correct, you will be logged in immediately.

🔑 Forgot Your Password?

If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it directly from the login page.
  1. On the login form, click on the Forgot password? link located below the password field.
  2. Enter your email address.
  3. Submit the form.

📧 Password Reset Email
  • You will receive an email allowing you to reset your password.
  • The email is sent from no-reply@auth0user.net.
  • Delivery time may vary depending on your email provider.
  • If you do not see it, please check:
    • Your spam/junk folder
    • Any email filters that might block automated messages

Follow the link in the email to set a new password and regain access to your account.

🛠️ Troubleshooting: No Reset Email Received

If you do not receive any password reset email, this usually means that your account does not yet exist in the system.

Why does this happen?

Even if:
  • Your organization administrator has granted you permissions, or
  • You have been added to the organization’s team,
➡️ Your user account is only created once you complete the sign-up process yourself.
If you have never signed up, the system cannot send a reset email because there is no account associated with your email address yet.

What should you do?

  • Go back to the Customer Center Main Page.
  • Click on Sign Up.
  • Create your account using your email address and a new password.
  • Confirm your email address when prompted.
Once your account is created, the Forgot Password feature will work as expected.

👥 Team Access

If you are using a new email address, your organization must add your name and email via the Team Management page to grant access to the Customer Center.

Both steps are required:

  1. Your organization grants access
  2. You complete the sign-up process

Once:
  • Your email is confirmed, and
  • Your organization access is granted,

You can log in with your Wiiisdom ID and explore all available features of the Customer Center.
