๐Ÿงพ Managing Licenses on the Wiiisdom Customer Center

The Licenses page on the Wiiisdom Support Portal allows administrators to view and manage all active product licenses associated with their organization. This section is essential for keeping track of license usage, expiration, and activation.

๐Ÿ” Accessing the Licenses Page

To access the Licenses page:
  1. Click on your user profile in the top-right corner of the portal.
  2. Select Licenses List from the drop-down menu (admin access required).

๐Ÿ“‹ What Youโ€™ll Find

On the Licenses page, you can:
View All Licenses: See a complete list of your licenses, including:
  1. Creation date
  2. License key
  3. Product name
  4. Expiration date
  5. Current status (active, expired, etc.)
  6. Access Offline Activation: A direct link is provided for offline activation if needed.

๐Ÿ”„ License Reset

If you need to reset a license to activate it on a new device, please:
  1. Submit a request through the HelpDesk section, or
  2. Contact us directly at support@wiiisdom.com
  3. Provide us with the licence key you would like to reset
