When a support agent requests logs or large files that can't be sent via ticket replies or email attachments, you can securely upload them using the My Uploads page on the Wiiisdom Customer Center.

πŸ“ How to Upload a File

  1. Go to My Uploads
    Navigate to the upload page using the link above.

  1. Drop or Browse Your File
    Drag and drop your file into the designated area, or click to browse and select it manually.

  1. Click Upload
    Once your file is selected, click the Upload button to begin the transfer.

After uploading:
  1. Click on the message above the drop area or the action icon next to your file in the list.

  1. This will copy the file link to your clipboard.
  2. Return to your support ticket or email thread and paste the link in your message.

AlertImportant: Our support team cannot access your file unless you share the link. Be sure to include it in your reply.
