How to completely uninstall 360Eyes

Environment

  • SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 3.1
  • SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence 4.0
  • SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence 4.1
  • SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence 4.2
  • SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence 4.3

Resolution

  1. Delete the C:\360eyes or /360eyes directory (or custom directory, if applicable).
  2. In the CMC, delete the "360eyes jobs", "360eyes reports" folders, "360eyes universes" and object "360eyes connection".
  3. Drop the 360eyes schema from the database.
  4. Only for XI 3.x, remove all macros created from all local Deski machines (if installed).
