How to Archive Flagged Documents with 360Plus
Overview
After unused documents have been flagged by 360Eyes (identified by the #TOARCHIVE tag in their description), use 360Plus to safely back them up and move them to an archive location.
Prerequisites
Procedure
1. Back up flagged content
Before archiving or deleting anything, run a 360Plus backup job to capture the current state of all flagged content. This ensures you can restore documents if needed.
2. Archive the flagged documents
Create or configure a Promotion job in 360Plus.
Select the Migrate with Flag option.
Choose the target:
Run the Promotion job.
Result
All documents tagged with #TOARCHIVE are moved (or copied) to the designated archive location. The production environment is cleaned of unused content.
