Sometimes you may have ideas or feature suggestions for Wiiisdom products. These are considered enhancement ideas, not issues or bugs.

How It Works

• Submitting an idea is free of charge.
• Your suggestion will be reviewed by our Product team.
• The Product team decides if and when to prioritize the idea.
• Please note: We cannot provide an ETA for implementation.

Premium Features & Co-Funding

In some cases, if a requested feature is complex or costly compared to its expected usage, co-funding may be proposed:

• Co-funding means you contribute to the development cost.
• Co-funded features become Premium features, which may require additional payment for other customers in the future.

Resolution

What happens after you submit an idea:

1. We acknowledge your suggestion.
2. Your idea is forwarded to our Product team for review.
3. If implementation is ongoing, we will keep you posted. And if co-funding is relevant, we will contact you to discuss options.
