Overview
This article helps you choose the correct 360Suite and 360Eyes version based on your SAP BusinessObjects (SAP BO) 4.2 support pack.
360Eyes has been integrated into 360Suite since 2025.1. The last standalone release of 360Eyes is 2024.3, and no newer standalone version is planned.
We recommend moving to 360Suite whenever possible to keep receiving product updates. The main exception is SAP BO 4.2 SP5 and earlier, where compatibility constraints still apply.

How to Check Your SAP BO Version
You can confirm your SAP BO version in one of these locations:
- CMC (Central Management Console)
- Log in to CMC.
- Open server/system information pages.
- Capture major version and support pack.
- BI Launchpad (About section)
- Open BI Launchpad.
- Open the product information or About page.
- Capture displayed version details.
Always provide the exact support pack to Support (for example, 4.2 SP7).
Known Limitations
- 360Suite does not support SAP BO 4.2 from 2026.2 onward.
- 360Eyes standalone has no new releases after 2024.3.
- SAP BO 4.2 SP5 and earlier should remain on standalone 360Eyes.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I use both 360Suite and 360Eyes in the same environment?
Yes, especially for SAP BO 4.2 SP5 and earlier where standalone constraints may still apply. For SAP BO 4.2 SP6 and higher, 360Suite 2026.1.1 is typically the recommended option.
What if my SAP BusinessObjects version is not listed?
- If you are on SAP BO 4.3 or higher, use current 360Suite versions.
- If you are on SAP BO 4.1, 360Eyes standalone 2020.2-1 is the only viable option.

Does patch level impact compatibility?
