Summary
If 360Suite asks you to go through licensing again after you already completed the process, the application cannot find or store the license information correctly. In most cases, this happens because the database is not available.
Symptoms
- The application returns to the licensing workflow even though licensing was already completed.
- The problem often appears after a database outage or connection issue.
- Some NullPointerExceptions are displayed when accessing some features of the application.
Cause
The application stores license information in the database. If the database service is stopped, unreachable, or misconfigured, 360Suite cannot access that information and may prompt for licensing again.
Resolution
- Check whether the database service is running.
- If you are using a local database, start the database server.
- If you are using a remote database, verify the connection settings and confirm that the database server is reachable from the application server.
- If the database is running but the issue continues, review the application logs for database connectivity or licensing errors.
- If the problem persists, contact support with the relevant logs and details about your database setup.
Validation
After the database is available again and the connection is working, 360Suite should no longer ask you to repeat the licensing procedure.
