This FAQ explains how to regain access when a Wiiisdom Cloud Platform (WCP) invitation link has expired. In most cases, users can generate a new activation link themselves from the login page without asking the Wiiisdom team to resend an invitation.
You do not need a manual invitation resend. Use the Forgot Password option on your organization's WCP login page to generate a new account activation/reset link.
You will receive an email with a link to create or reset your password. This link can also be used to complete account activation when the original invitation has expired.

The password reset flow generates the same type of account setup link used during initial account activation. This allows invited users to complete activation even after the original invitation link expires.
