Known Limitations for 360Suite on BI2025

Context

360Suite can properly connect to BI2025 and perform all functions available in previous versions. However, there are issues with the new "widx" format and the new tables and charts introduced in this version. This knowledge base documents all known limitations for each product, providing explanations for each limitation.

Single-Sign On

Both SAML and Trusted SSO are not supported by 360Suite when using SAP BusinessObjects BI2025.

360Cast

360Cast can burst all documents as long as they do not use the new tables.
Notes
This limitation is due to SAP BusinessObjects' inability to export the new table and chart formats to any format other than "widx" and Webi. The same issue occurs when scheduling directly from SAP BusinessObjects; you cannot use any other format with the new tables

360Bind

Like 360Cast, 360Bind cannot work with the new tables and charts.
Notes
The limitation is the same as for 360Cast. Since we cannot export documents to XML and XLSX, we cannot access the information in those tables.

360Eyes

When exporting tables, if you have new tables, we will only export the information "Wire" in the database. You will not be able to determine if it is a Vertical Table, a Multi List Combo Filter, or any other new component.

Notes
This limitation is due to a change in how SAP BusinessObjects returns the information we gather. Previously, we obtained the type of block via a REST API request, but this request has changed for the new table format.

360Vers

The 360Vers Webi extension is not available when using BI2025.

Notes
This limitation is due to a change in how SAP BusinessObjects handles extensions. Support ended with version 4.3 SP4 Patch 12 which broke compatibility with the 360Vers extension.
