How to Create Backups for Personal Folders Using 360Plus
This guide explains how to back up Personal Folders in SAP BusinessObjects using 360Plus.
Step 1: Navigate to User Groups

Open SAP BusinessObjects Actors.

Select User Groups to display the available groups.
Step 2: Open and Select User Groups
Double-click User Groups to view the full list.
Select the user group(s) you want to run the backup for.
Step 3: Assign a Backup Task

Right-click the selected user group.

Choose To Task → Backup.

In the Backup task window, go to Object to Process.
Select or unselect the following options as needed:

Inboxes
-
Personal Categories
-
Personal Folders
-
Click Next.
Step 5: Run the Backup

Review your selections.

Click Run Task to start the backup.
