How to Create Backups for Personal Folders Using 360Plus

This guide explains how to back up Personal Folders in SAP BusinessObjects using 360Plus.

Step 1: Navigate to User Groups

  1. Open SAP BusinessObjects Actors.

  2. Select User Groups to display the available groups.

Step 2: Open and Select User Groups

  1. Double-click User Groups to view the full list.

  2. Select the user group(s) you want to run the backup for.


Step 3: Assign a Backup Task

  1. Right-click the selected user group.

  2. Choose To Task → Backup.

Step 4: Configure Backup Options

  1. In the Backup task window, go to Object to Process.

  2. Select or unselect the following options as needed:

    • Inboxes

    • Personal Categories

    • Personal Folders

  3. Click Next.



Step 5: Run the Backup

  1. Review your selections.

  2. Click Run Task to start the backup.
