Product version(s): All current 360Suite / 360Plus versions
Third-party technology: SAP BusinessObjects (BOBJ), all current versions
When trying to restore an object with 360Plus from an existing backup, a restoration error occurs. The error is visible in the task logs.

Context: This error occurs when the object you want to restore is located in the BOBJ recycle bin and the user running the restoration task does not have sufficient rights to restore from it.
Technical explanation: 360Suite always checks the BOBJ recycle bin first when restoring an object, and attempts to restore from there. If the object is not in the BOBJ recycle bin, the 360 backup repository is used instead. If an older version of the same object (same name) was backed up with 360Plus before being deleted in BOBJ, restoring that older version creates a conflict: the object cannot be created from the backup because a more recent version already exists in the recycle bin. BOBJ then returns the error above.
Depending on the cause identified above, apply one of the following options.
Restore from the SAP BusinessObjects recycle bin first.
Run the restoration task again in 360Plus.
Remove the object in question from the BOBJ recycle bin.
Run the restoration task again in 360Plus.
If the issue persists after trying both options, contact support with your 360Plus logs, the exact error message, and the steps you followed in this article.
